I think we sometimes take connections for granted, not realizing their importance to our wellbeing. I’ve slept in the same room as my twin for all my life, we share a deep bond. I have known my best friend for over a decade, and sometimes we finish each other’s sentences. These connections have defined my life and are incredibly crucial, and what happens when we feel disconnected? From society, from the world? I’ve made it my goal to highlight the importance of these relationships, because every connection is valuable. The role they play is vital to our wellbeing.
